Job Title: Social Media & Marketing / Office Administrator
Location: Coventry (Office-based)
Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week) or part-time considered
About the Role:My client, a well-established business in Coventry, is looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Marketing / Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in social media management who also enjoys a varied role with general office admin responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and creating content for company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to showcase products and engage with customers.
- Responding to messages and comments to maintain strong online engagement.
- Handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing orders.
- Providing general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborating with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
What We're Looking For:- Experience managing business social media accounts, including content creation and engagement.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer interaction.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
- Comfortable working in an office environment (not remote).
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.
