We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our busy car dealership team in Coventry on a temporary basis. The role will involve working Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in providing excellent front-of-house service. You’ll handle incoming calls, greet visitors, manage appointment bookings, and carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and directing them appropriately
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Booking appointments and test drives
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using the phone and office software
- Friendly, professional, and presentable
- Reliable and punctual
