Air Pricing Analyst

We're looking for an inquisitive and detail-oriented Air Pricing Analyst to help shape competitive air freight pricing strategies. You’ll provide the intelligence and insights that enable our teams to quote accurately, win bids, and drive business growth.
 
Your main responsibility will be helping to grow profitable business through well executed customer pricing with a strong commercial focus.  
 
Key Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, air freight rates, surcharges, and competitor pricing.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, tools, and rate cards.
• Conduct cost modelling and margin analysis for proposals and tenders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to support bidding and contract negotiations.
• Monitor performance and recommend pricing improvements.
• Support ad‑hoc pricing initiatives and special projects.

 
About You

• 1–2 years’ experience in air freight pricing, logistics, or transportation analytics, or recent graduate with related internship experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulae, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-player attitude, proactive, and dependable.
• Knowledge of air freight rate structures and global aviation networks preferred.
