We’re looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team and help drive Thames Water’s transformation as part of our Turnaround Plan. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by using data to tackle current and future challenges, improve performance, and enhance service delivery. What you’ll be doing as a Data Analyst- Provide clear and useful data analysis to help improve operations.
- Run daily reports and turn data into actionable insights.
- Create easy-to-understand reports for the whole business.
- Assist managers and departments with collecting data for regular and one-off reports.
- Share your expertise to guide and support operational decisions.
- Work with teams to analyze operational data, offering helpful insights to process owners and project managers.
Base location: Reading, Kemble Court, RG2 6ADThe role follows a hybrid working format, with 1-2 days a week in the office.What you should bring to the role- Experience in data analysis and generating insights.
- Comfortable using Power BI, and Power Query, and have strong Excel skills.
- Great at engaging with stakeholders at all levels and sharing insights in a clear, actionable way.
- Eager to learn new tools and technologies with a growth mindset.
- Skilled at presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand and engaging way.
- Experience with SQL, Databricks, and Power Apps would be beneficial.
