What you’ll be doing as a Charges Coordinator
  • Being the first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Collecting and organising data to produce reports that support the team’s operations.
  • Keeping company records accurate and up to date using internal systems.
  • Ensuring business processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
  • Working closely with different teams and stakeholders, acting as a professional representative of the company.
What you should bring to the role 
  • Background in a similar administrative role with planning or coordinating.
  • The ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
  • Strong organisational skills to keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Confidence in using office software to manage data and produce reports, and a reasonable level of numeracy to support reporting and data management.
  • A proactive approach to understanding and applying knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
What’s in it for you?  
  • Hourly Pay rate: 13.21 per hour.
  • Expenses: Excluded.
  • Location: Clearwater Court, Reading – conveniently located just in front of Reading train station. We offer a hybrid working format, giving you the flexibility to work remotely up to four days a week, with a minimum of one day in the office.
  • Length of assignment: 26 weeks.
  • Required Start date: TBC.
  • Hours: 8 am to 4 pm: Monday to Friday.
