As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, your role is responsible for developing and successfully implementing the Thames Water’s brand and marketing campaigns. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you’ll be working to understand various priorities and challenges, and then creating a multi-channel campaign to support the business objectives.
You’ll work closely with the customer comms team on all communication requirements, briefing internal and external agency teams to help support the delivery of campaigns, increasing our customer experience, perception and trust and well as driving customer behaviour change.
What you’ll be doing as a Marketing Campaigns Manager - Work with Senior Marketing Manager in development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Campaign development & execution - working on ATL and TTL campaigns to improve brand perception and change customer behaviour.
- Working with agencies and internal stakeholders, brief writing, managing creative outputs and reporting on performance.
- Performance tracking & reporting - post campaign analysis, working through results of campaigns, monitoring performance and suggesting improvements throughout.
- Stakeholder management - working cross functionally to find insights, craft briefs, writing compelling customer proof points and keeping stakeholders updated with presentations and regular communications.
- Project management including raising purchase orders, budget tracking.
This is a fixed term contract for 15 months (Maternity cover)Base location – Hybrid – Clear Water Court ReadingNecessary requirements – MUST be able to start by Monday 26th May 2025What you should bring to the roleEssential- Extensive experience in a marketing role which could be either client or agency side
- Experience in managing below and above the line campaigns across different channels, including TV, radio, social media, email and direct mail.
- A passion for understanding customers and their needs.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
Desirable- Awareness and understanding of company and water industry issues.
- Experience in managing marketing budget.
- Experience, knowledge or passion for the water industry.
- Vendor management.
