As an Administrator, you’ll be at the core of daily operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve supporting a team of advisers and engaging with external partners, making sure all documentation and requests meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:- Support the team, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Review documentation submitted to external partners, checking for compliance and accuracy.
- Proactively liaise with external partners, following up on acceptance terms and required updates.
- Coordinate information requests with clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is received and accurate.
The ideal Administrator will have:- Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in a similar office based administrative or customer service role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
