Position: Equipment Coordinator
Location: Crawley - fully office based
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (1hour lunch)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience


About the Role: Join a key player in the live events industry as an Equipment Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for building relationships with suppliers and coordinating the hire of stock and materials for global events. Your ability to thrive in fast-paced situations and your excellent organisational skills will ensure the success of high-profile events all around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Coordinate the hire of stock and materials for live events globally
  • Manage logistics and ensure timely delivery of equipment
  • Work closely with the events team to understand requirements and provide necessary support
  • Handle last-minute changes and react swiftly to time-critical situations
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards

About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the events industry
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Adept at working in reactive, fast-paced, and time-critical environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inventory and logistics management
