Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking or a temporary recruitment resourcer to join our team at Pertemps Crawley Temps office.
This is a temporary position where you will be responsible for sourcing suitable temporary candidates for one of our clients.
Key tasks include;
- Posting job adverts
- Managing advert response and calling applicants
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Processing applicant registration information and handling compliance

This is a fast paced volume recruitment role. Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. The successful applicant will;
- Have good computer literacy
- Be confident talking to people and making lots of phone calls
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure

This is an immediately available role paying £12-13ph depending on experience.
