This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative and operational skills in an office-based environment!
What's on Offer:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Competitive salary of up to £23,000pa (depending on experience).
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off (increasing to 25 days after 1 year of service).

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative operations for the Customer Service/Client Services team.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with production schedules and order availability.
- Regularly liaise with the Customer Service team to provide updates on order timeframes.
- Perform IT database cleansing, ensuring client contact information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage the delivery of efficient operational processes and IT systems across the business.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
