Social Media Executive

Job Title: Social Media Executive (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Crawley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design visually engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, company website, and email campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and event promotions.
- Perform research to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and strategies.
- Create graphics, videos, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets for marketing campaigns.
- Optimize content based on insights and analytics to maximize engagement and reach.
- Assist with occasional event support, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation for social media platforms and websites.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content trends.
- Ability to perform marketing research to support content strategies.
- Experience with email marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in video editing is a plus.
