Our client, a renowned hardware manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Sprayer to join their dedicated team in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding and blasting.
• Mix and apply high-performance coatings and finishes.
• Polish and apply alternative finishes to brass products.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure superior results.
• Apply protective wax coatings and use an electroplating plant to apply nickel and chrome finishes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience applying high-performance coatings to various shaped substrates.
• Enthusiasm for metal engineering and hand-crafted products.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and committed to delivering exceptional finishes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What's On Offer:

• A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
