Reactive Planned Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of commercial construction, refurbishment, and fit-out services within the Leisure, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Retail sectors.
Our client is looking for a Reactive and Planned Manager to join their dynamic team in Coulsdon. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively within the planned and reactive team to deliver high-quality estimates and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scoping works in collaboration with clients and independently.
• Preparing estimates for reactive, planned follow-on works, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensuring adherence to all client and in-house health and safety requirements as part of the estimating process.
• Conducting site visits and providing progress updates, including expected completion dates.
• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience in estimating or a strong working knowledge of building maintenance, particularly within the leisure industry.
• A background in construction or building trades.
• Proven management experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

What's on Offer:

• A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000pa DOE.
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
• 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
