Our client, a reputable supplier in Horsham, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring all company policies are met.
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Ensuring sales order acknowledgements are sent promptly after order entry.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records on CRM systems.
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
