Scheduler to join their dynamic team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an organised and proactive individual to play a vital role in coordinating field engineers and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Field Management System to efficiently schedule and dispatch engineers.
- Allocate workloads based on geography, urgency, and engineer availability.
- Handle incoming calls and act as a liaison between engineers, clients, and internal teams.
- Adapt schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize disruption.
- Collate certificates and ensure the completion of works to successfully close jobs.
What They're Looking For:- Strong communication & people skills - able to liaise professionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent geographical knowledge to ensure efficient scheduling.
- IT literate with experience using CRM & scheduling systems.
- Quick thinker & problem solver - able to react to last-minute changes effectively.
- Strong memory & attention to detail for managing multiple schedules.
What's on Offer?- Competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000pa DOE.
- Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm.
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
