A well-established company is seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join their team in Horley.

The Role:
This role is integral to ensuring the efficient planning and coordination of transport operations to optimise logistics and supply chain performance.

Develop and implement transport plans to maximise operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Manage relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring effective communication.
Monitor and maintain compliance with transport regulations, including driver hours and PL01 record-keeping.

Key Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise transport routes and schedules.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Package & Benefits:

Salary of £26,000 - £31,000 (dependent on experience).
Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm (optional).
Optional overtime every other Saturday at 1.5x - 2x basic rate.
20 days' holiday, with 3 days allocated for Christmas shutdown.
Onsite parking and a contributory pension scheme.
