Operations Administrators to join their growing team in

What's in it for you?- Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after six months.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service-plus your birthday off.

The Role:- Taking incoming calls and booking in repairs and installations.
- Providing engineers with everything they need-job sheets, timesheets, and a smooth schedule.
- Keeping clients in the loop with regular updates.
- Updating client contracts and details on the CRM.
- Raising purchase orders for subcontractors.
- Working closely with the scheduling team to keep things running like clockwork.
- Managing job progress to ensure deadlines are met.
The Person:- Strong admin experience (a must!).
- A natural people-person with top-tier customer service skills.
- Ability to build great relationships with clients.
- Experience scheduling engineers is desirable but not essential.
