Our client, a well-established fire protection service company, is on the hunt for two Operations Administrators to join their growing team in Horsham. If you're super organised, love helping people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be just what you're looking for!

What's in it for you?

Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after six months.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service-plus your birthday off.

The Role:

Taking incoming calls and booking in repairs and installations.
Providing engineers with everything they need-job sheets, timesheets, and a smooth schedule.
Keeping clients in the loop with regular updates.
Updating client contracts and details on the CRM.
Raising purchase orders for subcontractors.
Working closely with the scheduling team to keep things running like clockwork.
Managing job progress to ensure deadlines are met.

The Person:

Strong admin experience (a must!).
A natural people-person with top-tier customer service skills.
Ability to build great relationships with clients.
Experience scheduling engineers is desirable but not essential.
