Job Description
The Role
- Full responsibility for day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Lead teams across Production, Machine Shop, Stores & Logistics
- Ownership of purchasing, facilities, and HSQE activities
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives
- Manage operational KPIs, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Play an active role in senior management and strategic planning
- Prior Operations Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production, machining, and supply chain operations
- Hands-on leadership style suited to an SME
- Experience with cost reduction, continuous improvement, and quality systems
- Strong people management and reporting skills
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
- £50,000 - £55,000pa DOE
