Job Summary
The Franchise Operations Associate reports to the Franchise Operations Manager and is responsible for conducting audits on new and existing stores to ensure compliance with brand standards. The role also involves supporting franchisees with opening schedules and providing recommendations for improvements based on audit results. Travel to various sites will be required with possible overnight stays away from home.
 
 Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a franchise operation, auditing, or a related
• Ideally some experience of working remotely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough
• Good communication and interpersonal
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support franchisees in implementing
• Organisational skills and ability to work on multiple projects
• Willingness and ability to travel daily to various sites, with overnight stays away from home 2-3 nights per week.
