Luxury Retail Specialist

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Luxury Retail Specialist to join a prestigious family-run retailer at London Heathrow Airport (TW6 2GA).
This is a full-time fixed-term role until September 2025.

As our Luxury Retail Specialist, you will be an ambassador of the luxury brands, fine groceries, wines, and gifts we sell, but you will excel in providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties to create an attractive and welcoming environment in our store for our customers whilst going above and beyond to help our passengers with their shopping experience.

This shift-based role will involve working weekends between 05:00 and 22:00 hours between Monday and Sunday.

For this Luxury Retail Specialist role, we are offering:
• £12.80 p/h.
• Retail discounts both instore and with the airport retailers.
• Company branded uniform.
• Training and development in Central London at their Flagship store.
• Weekly or monthly pay.

Day to day duties as a Luxury Retail Specialist will include:
• Work with the retail management team to ensure the smooth running of the shop floor.
• Guiding customers through the store and driving sales.
• Provide customers with product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Maintaining the shop floor and restocking the displays.
• Operating a cash register and taking payments.

Key Skills & Experience Required to be successful as our Luxury Retail Specialist:
• It is essential that you have experience in a luxury retail, department store environment, fashion brand or VIP personal shopper environment where you have dealt with customers purchasing high-value luxury goods, groceries, or retail services.
• A confident, energetic, and enthusiastic person who is approachable and feels comfortable speaking to passengers, VIPs, and priority passengers.
• Be able to travel to Heathrow Airport and cover all shift patterns.

Applicants with luxury retail experience who have previously worked as a personal shopper, concierge, sales advisor, sales associate, retail assistant, retail customer service assistant, or retail sales executive from a similar high-end fashion or luxury goods environment would be considered highly suitable.
