Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £16.19 per hour PAYE

Overview:
Pertemps is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Support Officer to join the expanding team at the London Borough of Harrow. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £16.19 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the Business Support team and other departments as required.
• Managing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Supporting the team with project management tasks and initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
