Overview:
Pertemps is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Urban Design Engineer to join the expanding team at the London Borough of Harrow. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £17.66 per hour PAYE I £20:00 - £30:00 Umbrella

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, planners, and other professionals to design innovative urban spaces.
• Develop and implement town planning strategies that align with local regulations and community needs.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and developers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in urban design and town planning, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Passion for sustainable and inclusive urban development.
