Job Title: Administrator
Location: Southam
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Holiday: 22 days annual leave
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team in Southam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, processing orders, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain office systems and procedures
- Answering the phone and acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Process orders and manage order documentation
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Previous office experience is essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
