Job Title: Quality Inspector/Assembly
Location: Worcester (Blackpole)
Shift: 07:45 – 16:30, Monday – Thursday and 07:30 – 13:30 on Friday
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour

We are currently seeking a diligent Quality Inspector/Assembly worker to join our team in Worcester (Blackpole). This position offers a competitive pay rate and the opportunity for a temp to perm contract after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and document any defects or issues during the inspection process.
• Assist with assembly tasks as needed to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Previous experience in assembly and quality inspection roles within a production/manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
