Position: CAD/CNC/Turning/Milling Instructor
Location: Worcester 
Working hours: 08:30 – 16:30, Monday – Friday  
Salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Contract: Temp – perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in CAD, CNC, Turning, and Milling to Level 2 learners.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to keep the curriculum relevant.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in CAD software and CNC programming.
• Extensive experience with Turning and Milling machinery.
• Teaching or training experience, preferably with Level 2 learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant industry qualifications and certifications.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.
