Job Title: Refuse Loader
Location: Malvern
Hours: 06:30 – 15:00 (Overtime available)
Days: Monday to Friday
Pay: £11.44 per hour - rising to £12.18 after 12 weeks

A local authority is seeking a dedicated Refuse Loader to join their team in Malvern. This role offers full-time employment, as well as temporary cover for holidays and sickness, with additional work available during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting commercial and domestic waste and loading it onto refuse wagons.
• Working in all weather conditions.
• Regular overtime availability, often required to meet demand.
• Physically demanding work involving the lifting of heavy bags and manual loading.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Refuse Loader is beneficial but not essential.
