Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
Pay: From £12.00p/h, £18.00p/h after 40 hours
Contract: Temp - Perm

The Duties of a Factory Operative:

Assemble product according to production specifications and quality standards
Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
Assist in the packing, labelling, and preparation of finished product for shipping
Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Conducting quality checks to ensure product meets a high standard
Collaborating with the production team to achieve production targets
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

The Requirements of a Factory Operative:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
This role is physically demanding, must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to guidelines
Ability to work in a loud, hot environment.
