Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Contract: Temp - Perm
Are you looking for a new career in the manufacturing industry? We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives for our client based in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have previous experience in a similar role.
The Duties of a Factory Operative:
- Assemble product according to production specifications and quality standards
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Assist in the packing, labelling, and preparation of finished product for shipping
- Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Conducting quality checks to ensure product meets a high standard
- Collaborating with the production team to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
The Requirements of a Factory Operative:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- This role is physically demanding, must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to guidelines
- Ability to work in a loud, hot environment.
