Are you a motivated and customer-focused sales professional?Our client, a well-established company in the Worcester area, is looking for a Telesales Advisor to join their growing team. As a Telesales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, working within a small team to book Sales Appointments for their team of Sales Demonstrators. There will be no cold calling involved, your role will focus on handling inbound calls, turning enquiries into appointments, and conducting outbound calls to promote products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, providing information and assistance regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work to turn initial customer inquiries into booked appointments for the Sales Demonstrators by asking the right questions and identifying customer needs.
- Proactively call potential clients and existing customers to promote products, services, and special offers, turning these interactions into appointments for the sales team.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records, ensuring all calls, inquiries, and appointments are logged and tracked in the CRM system for consistency and follow-up actions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and customer engagement, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
- After appointments, actively follow up with customers who received quotations, driving post-appointment sales and ensuring customer needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering excellent service and ensuring they receive timely responses and updates regarding their appointments and inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns or issues efficiently and professionally, providing solutions that meet both customer and company needs while maintaining high levels of service.
- Work closely with the Sales Demonstrators to ensure smooth coordination of appointments, timely follow-ups, and effective communication across teams to support sales objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in an outbound sales or telemarketing role.
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Resilient and determined, able to handle rejection and learn from it.
- Ambitious, competitive, and a keen communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic role.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
