Job Title: Sales Advisor (Internal Sales)
Location: Droitwich
Salary: Starting at £25,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (alternating weekly)
Job Type: Permanent

Pertemps is pleased to be representing a well-established business seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join their busy office in Droitwich. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and customer service to become an integral part of a thriving team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth through inbound and outbound sales, developing customer relationships, and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, personable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. With a focus on delivering results, you will manage client accounts, respond to enquiries, and ensure all information is accurately logged in the company CRM system. Training will be provided on the company's product range and systems, so a willingness to learn is key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by converting incoming sales inquiries via phone and email into successful sales.
  • Identify and qualify new customers, while re-engaging with previous clients. Conduct small outbound campaigns to boost business development.
  • Respond to quotation requests and ensure timely follow-ups, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing clients, fostering strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and processes, providing expert advice and support to offer the best solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the entry and scheduling of sales orders using SAP ERP and CRM software.


Candidate Profile:
  • A personable and engaging communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and at all levels of the business.
  • Confident and assertive, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of IT software and tools to support daily tasks.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional development, open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the UK woodworking industry is Desirable but not necessary
