Deputy Nursery Manager

Network Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager to work on a full time, permanent basis for a Nursery in Slough, Berkshire. The Nursery is a small setting wiith space for 30 children.

As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Nursery Manager
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations

What We're Looking For:
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible
