Residential Experience Officer

Pertemps are supporting a local Public Sector client who are seeking to appoint a Residential Experience Officer within their Safeguarding team during Term time (40 weeks per year).

Role Overview: This role is aimed to promote a sense of community within the Campus accommodation settings for students through various support programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and supervise the students in residential provision
Facilitate welfare and discipline in the accommodation
Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and respect
Uphold the Student Code of Conduct
Assist the Residential Coordinator with the development of an induction programme for students
Plan and encourage participation in social, sporting, community based or other activities to encourage participation in College life.

The ideal candidate would previously have worked with young people or within an education/sporting environment.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Pro rate
