Job Description

Pertemps are exclusively working with a local Education provider who are seeing to appoint a Registry Administrator on a FTC basis.

The purpose of this roles is to provide administrative support for student and academic administration processes, with a primary focus on attendance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Support student engagement with teaching and assessment.
Monitor student progress and attendance.
Input and maintain accurate student and assessment data.
Provide professional service to students, academics, and stakeholders.
Assist with student-related events and Board of Examiners.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and university procedures.

Requirements:
Good general administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexible and proactive approach.

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
Hybrid working will be available after 8 weeks - Two days working from home will be allowed.
