Trainee Operations Manager - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Trainee Operations Manager for our Distribution client based outside of Aylesbury.

In the early stages, the ideal candidate would work 'in' all the functions under the guidance of the relevant Team Leader until they had basic knowledge and were able to operate alone at a basic level. Levels of responsibility would be increased with competence. 

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 pm

Salay: up to £30,000 (DOE) 

Duties will include:

- Sales Exposure
- Logistics Operational
- Sales Office operational
- Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Finance Operational 
- Data Analysis and reporting 


Requirements:

- You will be someone keen to develop and learn about how to manage a depot and all aspects of the operation.
- You will be a confident leader with great communication and interpersonal skills to help motivate the team
