Job Description

HR Administrator - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client within the Social Care industry based in Aylesbury.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 pm

Salary: up to £27,000 (DOE)

Duties:
  • Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from start to end, providing administration support
  • Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
  • Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications
  • Working closely with senior management to continually improve processes
  • Organise staff training and development and manage the training matrix.
  • Manage directors' diaries

Requirements: 
  • Previous HR support experience
  • Great communications skills
  • Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Packages
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
