HR Administrator - AylesburyPertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client within the Social Care industry based in Aylesbury.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 pm
Salary: up to £27,000 (DOE)
Duties:- Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from start to end, providing administration support
- Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
- Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications
- Working closely with senior management to continually improve processes
- Organise staff training and development and manage the training matrix.
- Manage directors' diaries
Requirements: - Previous HR support experience
- Great communications skills
- Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Packages
- Ability to manage multiple projects
