Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Parcel Sorting Operative to join our team in Motherwell. This role offers immediate start with competitive pay at £11.44 per hour. You will be responsible for sorting parcels, ensuring they are ready for delivery. This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours per week with flexible shift options.

Key Responsibilities:
Sort parcels efficiently and accurately for delivery
Ensure parcels are grouped and categorized for easy dispatch
Maintain a clean and organized sorting area
Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace

Requirements:
No prior experience required, although previous sorting experience is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work 5 days out of 7 on a rotating shift schedule
Must be available for immediate start
