Hours: 40-45 hours per week
Shifts: Rotational (6:00 AM - 1:30 PM / 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Rate of pay £12.05 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking delivery van driver to join our team, delivering furniture to customers across the region. This role involves both driving and physical work, including loading and unloading furniture with door-to-door delivery, so it is essential that candidates are comfortable with heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

•  Safely deliver furniture to customers, completing between 5 to 10 drops per day
•  Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are handled with care
•  Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
•  Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a polite and professional attitude
•  Complete necessary paperwork and vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• A full UK driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points and a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Previous experience in furniture delivery or multi-drop deliveries preferred
• Physically fit, as the role involves heavy lifting
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• A positive, polite, and customer-focused approach
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
