Administrator – Temporary Contract
£12 per hour
Glasgow G2 8EX

Start Date: Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months (Potential for extension)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Training Shift: 9-5
Flexible Shift Pattern: Between 7 AM - 7 PM after training

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support transaction processing services for a third-party client. This role involves handling administrative tasks, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process work in line with agreed procedures, including handling calls, emails, queries, and transactions.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency while updating records and databases.
  • Prioritise daily workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Identify and suggest areas for process improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
