Temporary Receptionist Role –Aberdeen
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist on behalf of our client, based in Aberdeen. This short-term opportunity is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor who can step into a front-of-house role seamlessly.
Key Details:
- Start Date: 20th January
- End Date: 24th January (5 days total)
- Location: Aberdeen, AB10 1RS - Office based
- Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Main Duties:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Managing incoming calls and transferring them as required.
- Handling general queries efficiently.
- Issuing passes to visitors and maintaining security protocols.
- Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A confident, approachable, and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and handle queries efficiently.
