Look no further… This may be the role for you!Pertemps are a leading recruitment agency and are currently looking for two Recruitment Co-Ordinators to join our established, fast paced team within Northern Ireland. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team due to business growth.
Key information:- Working 5 days over 7 (including weekends), 37.5 hours per week
- Location - Newtonabbey
- Up to £27,000 and commission available
- Starting ASAP
- Fixed Term until January 2025
About you:You should have an excellent customer manner with strong communication skills, both verbal and written and be professional in your approach. You should have a good working knowledge of MS Office (including Word, Outlook and Excel) and be comfortable with learning new bespoke systems and processes. You must be a strong team player and be able to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively.
As a Recruitment Co-Ordinator your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on recruitment tasks
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Sifting through job applications
- Contacting suitable candidates and referring them on to Recruitment Consultants
- Arranging meetings and calls as required
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process by various means
- Updating records and databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Completing relevant compliance checks in accordance with policies and procedures
- Responding to queries from candidates
- Managing a busy mailbox and directing emails to the relevant person(s)
- Supporting the team with any other tasks as required
