An enthusiastic career focused Business Development Manager required for an industry leader
This is a regional role covering the following areas: Nottingham/Sheffield/Yorkshire
Remote role but mist be able to attend Meetings at the Nottingham Head Office (just off J25)
Key Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and relationship building.
- Gain commitment from key decision makers and sell industry leading products and services.
- Network, consult, build and maintain relationships – with Distributors and targeted business customers (telephone, email, social networks, etc.)
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and future business.
- Ensure continuous growth of your key customer base.
- Lead and develop 2 staff members.
Key Skills
- 5 years + sales experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment from any sector.
- Ability to identify and win new business.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools.
- Driven to succeed and exceed targets.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to do occasional nights away from home.
Benefits:
- Salary of £50,000 pa plus commission.
