30 hours per week.
IMMEDIATE START
We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis at their offices based in the Pride Park area of Derby. This role is 30 hours per eek so would be a great opportunity for somebody looking to fit around school hours.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9.30am-3.30pm
Day to Day includes:
- Following up customer leads from trade shows, online enquiries, and referrals.
- Researching potential customers and passing on relevant information
- Answering the phone and dealing with incoming membership queries
- Answering queries via e-mail
- Data Entry
- Supporting the teams with ADHOC administrative duties
What we're looking for
- Experience in a sales administration role essential
- Experience of working in a membership organisation would be preferred
- Confident communicator on the telephone and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
- Able to commute to client office in DE24.
