Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join a DE7 based manufacturing client.

An adaptable, hardworking, and professional Purchasing Administrator required with immediate effect.

Duties will include.
Placing and monitoring the progress of orders
Ensure all necessary purchasing records and registers are kept fully up to date
Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors & service providers to ensure delivery dates are achieved. Escalating to the Buyer and/or Purchasing Manager where problems cannot be resolved.
Managing the Purchasing process for the intercompany range of products, in line with the requirements issued via Sales.

Key skills:
IT Literate, familiar with MRP processes and intermediate skills in Excel.
High attention to detail.
Flexibility in work approach and ability to prioritise.
The ability to take the initiative and the confidence to work independently.
Strong numeracy and Numerically astute.
Experience within Manufacturing essential

Working hours : Monday - Thursday 8.00-16.00 & Friday 8.00-12.00
