The Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient individuals to join our team. You don’t need prior experience working in a learning environment—what’s most important is your ability to connect with and support teenagers and have an awareness of Social Emotional Mental Health conditions. If you have experience in roles such as youth work, coaching, mentoring, or any position where you've worked closely with young people, your skills are highly transferable!

Location: Durham
Salary: £92.94 
Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:45 am- 4:30 pm, Term Time Only (Part time also available).
