Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts
Shift Times:
  • Days: 06:00 - 18:00
  • Nights: 18:00 - 06:00
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Production Operative to join our team in Corby. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain food production equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Perform quality checks on products
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food production is essential
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
