MIG Welder Lead Supervisor

Pertemps Kettering are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Lead Supervisor to work with our client who is based in Corby.
 
If you have at least 3 years background in heavy steel fabrication, commercial welding.
 
The role is varied and candidates will be leading a team of 5+ welders and the link between the Operations Manager and the Shop Floor as well always in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health & safety policies.
 
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:30, Friday 07:30 to 14:30.
 
1 x 30 minutes unpaid lunch break and 2 x 15 minutes paid breaks.
 
Rate of pay is £16.00 to £16.50 per hour depending on experience.  This is a direct permanent position with the company.
