Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design timber frame structures using CAD software.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects meet required standards.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and structural requirements.
- Provide technical support throughout the project life cycle.
- Proficiency in CAD software and timber frame design.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and structural requirements.
- Experience in timber frame construction and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Prior experience in timber frame design is an asset.
- Familiarity with Wood Engine and Pamir software is an advantage.
- Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
- Salary: Negotiable and dependent on experience, ranging from £25,000.00 to £35,000.00 per year.
