Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our Corby based client for a Senior Mixing Operative who
can care take mixing operations in their plant.  The role requires the candidate to work under their own direction and have good communication skills along with an attention to detail, a sense of urgency to complete tasks on time and a readiness to take on new tasks and suggest potential improvements to the processes. Success in this role will be appraised based on meeting these criteria.
 
The key responsibilities are varied and require the following skills:
COSSH
HACCP
Management of raw materials and consumable items
Accurate record keeping and stock rotation
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Quality assurance experience
Compliance experience / QMS 
Health and Safety
Be flexible and reliable
Counterbalance FLT certification
 
It’s 40 hrs/week Monday – Friday.  Initially it will be working 06:00 – 14:00 whilst training and then it will be 14:00 – 22:00.
The Initially annual salary is £25,500; however, this will increase to £33,122 when you transfer over to the 14.00-22.00 shift.
 
This is a straight to permanent contract and you will be required to attend a professional interview with the company.
 
Ideally you will have worked within a chemical, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
